MID ELEVATOR BUCKETS

KALE-MID elevator buckets, which you can choose in cases where wear resistance is high, are produced with reinforced High Density PE raw material.

PE raw material is a raw material that is suitable for food contact and has anti-static properties, based on the approval of the MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE.

Mid-Elevator Buckets provide maximum resistance in the transportation of heavier loads and products that are subject to wear, such as corn, wheatnd barley.

KALE PREMIUM elevator buckets, which have a high coefficient of friction, prevent the electric motor from excessive fatigue during high tonnage grain loading, thus reducing maintenance-repair costs.

KALE TPU Elevator buckets, which you will prefer for products such as feed, wheat, corn, soybean and molasses where abrasion resistance, impact and adhesion are high, give excellent results in 24/7 operations and hard, notched seed groups with the reinforced Engineering Plastic raw material. This product, which has a very high elastic modulus, is unbreakable in our KALE TPU buckets, which minimizes its loss against bucket breakage that may occur due to any impact and the stretching of the elevator belts over time, and its maintenance and repair costs are almost non-existent due to its lightness.
